Do you think TWA Flight 800 was shot down by shoulder missiles?

Eyewitness reports say that's what happened, and the NTSB's reports didn't rule that out, but the government shut down the case and said it was a fuel explosion. Do you think that was a pre-cursor to 9/11 and the government tried to cover it up?
