In 1993 in Liverpool, England, two 10 year old boys took Jamie Bulger, 2, by the hand and took him out of the shopping center. They proceeded to beat him with rocks and bricks and other things and torture and murder him and left his body on train tracks to try to cover their crime. A judge granted them anonymity for their crimes in 2001, because she believes they were children and should not be held as liable as adults would have, and many people would want to take revenge with them if they knew who they were or where they are (besides the immediate family of Jamie Bulger.) Do you believe they have the right to start their lives over and not deal with the repurcussions?
