Should the country of Sudan be taken off the U.N.'s Human Rights Commission?

Should a country involved in genocide be on a council for human rights? Human Rights Watch calls on the Commission on Human Rights to re-establish the mandate of the Special Rapporteur on human rights for Sudan, and condemn gross abuses of human rights and violations of international humanitarian law by the government of Sudan, its allied Janjaweed and other militia, and rebel groups in Darfur.
