Since random people turn up in dreams, do you think you appear in other people's dreams, even if you've never met them?

I woke up this morning after having a dream in which I was hanging out with people who I have never laid eyes upon before. This led me to wonder...if these people are in my dreams, could I possibly be in other people's dreams?
