Should Joe Jackson be barred from having any involvement in his grandchildren's lives?

Michael clearly held a lot of animosity towards his father for beating and emotionally abusing him as a child. In his will, he left specific statements saying Joe should get none of his money, and none of his children. But now Joe wants to make Michael's three kids a musical act. Should they be able to file a restraining order against that creep?
