Was Henry V right to order the execution of captured prisoners at Agincourt?

Henry V won the battle despite being outnumbered, but heard that another force was advancing. He ordered the enemy excecuted to stop them from picking up their weapons and helping overwhelm them when French support arrived which would have stopped the English and Welsh force from being able to keep a hold on their prisoners.
