CARACAS, Venezuela: Hollywood star Sean Penn applauded President Hugo Chavez on Thursday as the Venezuelan leader lambasted the Bush administration and demanded an end to war in Iraq. Chavez met privately with Penn for two hours and praised him as 'brave' for standing up to the White House and publicly calling for U.S. President George W. Bush to be impeached. 'In the name of the peoples of the world, President Bush, withdraw the troops from Iraq. Enough already with so much genocide,' Chavez said in an auditorium packed with his red-clad supporters.
