Pakistan harbours terrorists operating in the Kashmir region. Pakistan has weapons of mass destruction and has intimated they are prepared to use them without warning. As yet the web is not covering the current situation where both India and Pakistan have in the last few days threatened pre-emptive strikes against each other.
