Galls is a mail-order public service company, used by Police, Fire, and EMS departments all over the US. You can get online, or request a catalog by mail, and order uniforms, badges, light bars, radios, handcuffs, night sticks, oxygen tanks, defibrillators, riot gear, and other ideas used by Public services, without even having to prove you work for one. Is it the consumers legal right to own, or should their be some kind of a limit on who can buy these items?
