Michael Jackson has revealed that the 'intense' back pain he's suffering from — which caused him to arrive to court late and in his pajamas on March 10 after a reported trip to the hospital — is the result of a fall in the shower earlier this month. 'I was coming out of the shower, and I fell and all my body weight — I'm pretty fragile — all my body weight fell against my rib cage,' Jackson explained. 'And I bruised my lung very badly.' The singer said the injury has caused him to cough up blood, but assured the Rev. Jackson that despite his frail appearance, his overall health is good.
