What is more important when judging a person's intelligence: their IQ or their EQ?

An intelligence quotient, or IQ, is a score derived from one of several different standardized tests attempting to measure intelligence. Emotional Intelligence, often measured as an Emotional Intelligence Quotient (EQ), is a term that describes the ability, capacity, skill or a self-perceived ability, to identify, assess, and manage the emotions of one's self, of others, and of groups.
