Not so much a word as a pure sound. One that has absolutely no meaning. If you think about it, almost every random sound that could ever be made is probably located in a word somewhere in some langauge. So is it no longer possible to invent sounds, only to use the sounds that are as building blocks for words and what not?

Even if the sound you invent, was already invented, that doesn’t invalidate your process of invention. Lots of things have been invented more than once in different places by different people.
