Does it strike you as hypocritical when people say their kids come first, then drive them to public school in a luxury car?

For the cost difference between a luxury car and a standard car, one could easily afford a better education at a private school. Yet I see plenty of luxury cars dropping off kids at public school. The same folks who say 'My children always come first.'
