Chief Moose to Write Sniper Shooting Book By STEPHEN MANNING, Associated Press ROCKVILLE, Md. - He was tightlipped throughout much of the Washington-area sniper investigation, but now Montgomery County Police Chief Charles Moose will tell all. Moose, who led the hunt for the sniper suspects, has signed a book deal with Dutton Books for an undisclosed sum.
