Do you ever feel bad because you have so much and others have so little?

The second picture made me feel that way when I ran across it - that guy wanted to play the piano so bad he stopped looting Saddam's palaces just to hear his music even from a broken piano. And I sometimes take for granted the lovely one I have in my house that I rarely use ... when you see people so much worse off than you doesn't it just make you feel bad?
