Does your city have just one building that sticks out for its incredible ugliness?

I'm thinking of the (Wash. DC) J.Edgar Hoover FBI Building--surrounded by all this clean, beautiful architecture, and it's this massive, boxy, brown, tinted-window slab....Just ruins the view altogether.
