A local business owner is hoping for at least a whiff of success from her unusual fundraising tool: special fragrances inspired by this Cleveland suburb. Valerie Allen, owner of A Desirable Fragrance Bar, has developed 'The Spirit of Bedford,' a women's perfume and a men's version that she said are based on the likes and personalities of the city's top couple. The labels feature the city's patriotic trademark _ the marching trio from 'Spirit of '76,' the familiar painting by Bedford native Archibald Willard. The Poceks are autographing the first 50 bottles.
