Next week, a new law goes into effect limiting the number of passengers inexperienced drivers can carry. There won't be any backseat drivers in high school junior Will Jordan's SUV starting December 1. That's when new rules for North Carolina drivers with level 2 licenses go into effect. Right now, seat belts are the only thing limiting how many passengers young drivers can carry but starting next week a new law will limit drivers like Jordan to one passenger....
