Would you be for some kind of program that allows medical students to practice on prisoners, in exchange for a reduced sentence?

IV and IO access, intubations, these things are hard to practice on dummies. Before now, doctors, nurses, and paramedics have had to practice on their fellow students, living animals (cats, dogs, ferrets, etc) and patients in the hospitals that they are interning at. Should we allow prisoners guilty of SOME crimes (excluding rape, murder, and other similar felonies) to volunteer to be practiced on, in the presence of a trained instructor, in exchange for time off of their sentence?
