When you get a bottled beverage, and the lid doesn't pop or snap away from a seal when you take it off, do you refrain from drinking it?

I get cases of Dasani water all the time and usually there will be at least one in there thats lid wasn't attached, but it was sealed up in plastic. Or sometimes bottles of tea or juice don't pop when you open the lid. I won't drink them, would you?
