Statue ... A child gives a thumbs up to 'Dave', whose clothes and exposed skin are completely covered in gold paint. Dave performs 'busking in mime' hoping for gold coin donations for his efforts at Sydney's Circular Quay. The busker stands on his box for two hours at a time, strikes a pose and stands completely still until he receives a donation and then moves with slow and short mechanical type movements to entertain the passing crowds.
