Once you've made up your mind about the kind of person someone is, can anything they say or do change it?

I'll use myself as an example...let's say because of the 69 in my screen name, you think I'm just looking for sexual attention....would anything I say or do make you think otherwise? But I'm just an example, I mean this for anyone.
