You're laying in bed and see a large spider crawling up your blanket, do you calmly get up and remove it or panic and jump out of bed?

I always get up slowly so I don't fling the spider across my bed and get it tangled up in my blankets. I'd rather know where it is so I can take it outside. Otherwise I have a spider in my bed and I won't know where.
