In the lawsuit, Jenny Lawson of Ecceleshall, England, says she was cheering at a wrestling meet at North High School on Jan. 18, 2001. Lawson claims she was performing a jump when she collided with another cheerleader. She fell, breaking her right leg in two places. The suit claims the district was negligent for - among other things - failing to have cheerleaders perform on an absorbent mat and encouraging more than one cheerleader to jump at once...
