THE latest recruit to the war against terror is a squadron of RATS. Six rodents have been in training at a police academy for the past year, learning to sniff out explosives and equipment. Col Javier Cifuentes said unlike dogs, rats 'don't trigger any explosions when they walk on a mine.'
