At what age did you take full responsibility for all your actions: when you were younger or older than 13?

Parents are responsible for your actions, by law, while you are a minor. Many people blame their actions on their parents, or excuse the actions of others, because of their age. At what age did you decide that your actions were based on your decisions and start accepting the full consquences of those decisions as your own?
