Does it seem like the only Jewish holidays that are recognized by non-Jews are the ones that come around major Christian holidays?

I was in the grocery store the other day and I saw a little Passover section with like plates and napkins. The last time I remember seeing any Jewish holiday stuff was during Hanukkah. But I never see anything for Purem (in early March) or Yom Kippur (September-October), which is usually considered the most important Jewish holiday.
