Which are you more likely to believe: the Out-of-Africa theory, or the Multi-Regional theory?

The Out-of-Africa theory proposes that humans have descended from a single female ancestor 200,000 years ago in Africa, and their descendants had out-competed other sub-species of human. The Multi-Regional theory states that there was exstinsive interbreeding between archaic humans, even possibly Neanderthal Man.
