KISSIMMEE, Fla. -- An Osceola High School student was suspended from school for wearing a T-shirt decorated with condoms. Lanessa Riobe, 16, said she decided on the Halloween costume after seeing safe-sex commercials on television. Riobe taped condoms to a white T-shirt and began passing them out to her classmates.
