LODI, Calif. -- A Lodi man is suing the city for driving a dump truck into his car. The strange thing is that he was the city employee driving the truck. Lodi officials denied Curtis Gokey's $3,600 claim for the December accident because he was, in essence, suing himself. So he and his wife, Rhonda, decided to file a new claim under her name.
