10 years after the child beauty queen's death, they have arrested a man who has admitted to her killing. But he said it was accidental and he never wanted her to die because he was in love with her. He is asking to be charged with only second degree murder, which is basically murder that was not pre-meditated. Or should he be charged with first degree murder, which may carry the death penalty?
