Have you ever seen someone talking on two cell phones at the same time?

I witnessed this a couple weeks ago while driving to work. Was at a red light and looked over to find some guy with a cell phone held up to each ear. In the driver's seat of a car no less! Can anything be THAT important to talk about?!!
