What does that even mean? My manager told me I don't smile enough - infact the other day he said I better smile more on the sales floor or "we'll have to talk". He said I make it look like someone's walking behind me cracking a whip on my back! Now tell me, who the hell walks around with a smile on their face 24/7? Why don't I just staple my cheeks into a smile formation, so I'll never have to worry about it again? Reminds me of a Simpsons episode Vicki: You've just got to turn that frown upside-down! (Lisa smiles.) Vicki: That's a smile, not an upside-down frown! Work on that, too!
