Do you have an ethical problem with plastic surgery?

I've heard people say that they're "against" plastic surgery or find it "wrong", and I'm wondering where this comes from. Someone else's choice to change their nose or get lipo has nothing to do with anyone else; thus, I don't see how there could be an ethical problem.
