BOSTON -- It is a dilemma for dog lovers all over the world -- where can you walk your dog freely, without upsetting your neighbors? NewsCenter 5's David Boeri reported that Boston might have the answer. So-called 'dog parks' could mean freedom for your furry friends. 'We are a family with maybe fewer kids, but we got dogs. We are sort of the new face of families,' said dog owner Electa Sevier. A proposed ordinance would make Boston a dog-friendly city by creating dog recreation areas called dog parks. Owners say dogs make good neighbors and good citizens. 'Since Buster, Corky and I have used Peters Park, we have noticed there is less poop on the sidewalk because more people have a place to go,' said one dog owner.
