MOSCOW, Dec. 7 (Xinhuanet) -- The pro-Putin party, United Russia, has won 36.36% of votes in the Russian parliament election,higher than any other rivals, according to Sunday's exit polls from the Central Elections Commission. The Liberal Democratic Party of Russia ranked second with 15.61% of ballots, followed by the Communist Party with 13.26% and Rodina (Motherland) with 7.27%. Yabloko and the Union of the Right Forces failed to pass the 5-percent barrier to ensure their entry into the new State Duma, with only 3.91 percent and 3.6 percent respectively.
