This topic comes up among my friends alot. We figure one of the main reasons the government won't legalize marijuana is because it would be to hard for them too make money off of and too hard to control. If they came up with a license to make it legal for you to grow, let's say 2 plants, would you apply for it? The price would probably be outrageous, but you wouldn't be able to get in trouble for having it.
