If the compulsory draft were brought back, do you think the public servants working in vital community services be exempt?

Doctors, Police officers, firefighters, Paramedics, Nurses, and similar careers. On one side, these careers are the ones in civilian life that would be the most useful in the military, but on the other side, these careers are vital for the civilians at home, especially if there is an attack.
