Have you gone to great lengths to save an animal?

I have stopped on a busy street to help a turtle get onto the side of a road. I helped a raven that was hit and a little befuddled into my car....it wasn't hurt, just a little confused.Dropped it off at an Audubon rapter center before going home...it made it back to the wild:-)
