Some People Outraged Girl's Peeper Case Not Pursued The case of a 10-year-old girl allegedly peeped at through a hole in a dressing room is sparking an effort to get a Missouri law changed. It is currently not against Missouri law to peep at a girl who is wearing underwear. 'Because her vagina and breasts were not exposed, criminally they can't pursue it any further,' Theresa Heckman said. Heckman said that the situation only got worse when she and her daughter, Tia, found out from police that their peeper didn't do anything against the law.
