AT my place of employment, you can't change your hair color...ever. Your hired with brown, blue, or blonde hair, you are stuck with it. And yes, I knew a girl who after 2 years of blue hair, decided she didn't want her senior pictures with blue hair. And she was fired for that reason. And she was a good worker...a lot of us were just plain stunned by that.
