According to researchers at Newcastle University in England, girls really do prefer pink gadgets. A sample of 171 British men and women were flashed pairs of colored cards and asked to quickly pick their favorite. Overall, everyone liked blue, but the female participants skewed toward the pinker end of the spectrum. A smaller group of Chinese were also tested and the results were the same, suggesting a universal female preference for pink.
