The Anna Nicole Smith saga continues with a shocking announcement that Laurie Payne has alleged in sealed court documents that the TrimSpa model told her that Larry Birkhead was the father of her new child, not attorney/beau Howard K. Stern as she now claims and as is printed in the child's birth certificate. Payne declared that Anna Nicole told her who the real baby daddy was via instant message and in phone calls and signed that document under penalty of perjury. She also alleges that Smith was pregnant with another one of Birkhead's children before Dannielynn, but that she miscarried.
