Should schools across America follow this one's lead and make their buildings 'Bully-Free Zones'?

Bullying continues to be a problem in schools around the nation. Education experts claim that in some cases, bullying can lead to criminal behavior when a child is older. At Noble Prentis Elementary School, youngsters have declared their school a bully-free zone. 'Children were going home and telling their parents that they were being picked on, called names and pushed and it was a repetitive kind of thing,' principal Terri Schneweis said. According to the National Association of School Psychologists, one in seven school children is a bully or has been the target of one. Noble Prentis administrators said that there is also concern for the student doing the bullying. 'We want to help them learn how to control their behavior,' Schneweis said. Washington said that students are taught that if another student is bullying them to tell the person to stop, try to stay away from the person, and to tell an adult if the bullying continues...
