Do you consider drunk driving to be a violent crime?

I heard a commercial for some lawyer where he said 'Drunk driving is the most commonly committed violent crime' and I thought to myself 'Drunk driving is a violent crime? Says who?' I can see why people would think that, but I'm not sure I do personally. That doesn't mean I think it's okay, mind you.
