Agree or Disagree: Anyone can write a good book?

I believe anyone can write a book if they put their mind to it, novel or otherwise. It seems like such a simple thing from my perspective. But I'm sure its not that simple. I also don't know if you have to have a certain degree or something to get your book published. What do you think?
