Contradiction. - Mood:Confused |
Friday November 11 20059:50:01 AM |
| Atleast once in your life you will contradict a moral, value, or belief that you live your life by. Knowing this, here is my question: When does contradiction become ok? I have preached a belief of my own about love. Love, being the difficult concept it is, comes without warning. My belief (being a pisces) is that love holds no boundaries. Though there are some exceptions, I don't believe that people can control their feelings when it comes to love. So now it has come to this: Live by this belief or contradict myself in the interest of another. Do I live to please another or live to please myself? I am in no way a selfish person, but I do believe that we are all that we have in the end and so we must keep ourselves happy. But when does this turn from being justified to being wrong? Believe or contradict? Follow your heart or follow the hearts of others? How will anyone ever know the answer? |
