The odds of anyone's birthday being simplifiable are 134/365 or 134/365 in a leap year. ...and that in itself is a simplifiable fraction only in a leap year. Also, the odds don't change with using the US or UK date format, as it's just a question of whether the ratio of the numbers can be simplified.

So for the question, you mean the day/month or month/day, correct? (The year not figuring in at all.)

Mine, if you're being all American and putting the month before the day, is 1/14 when simplified.

3/7 Not able to be simplified. Mixed fractions need to be in a pure form as you call it to be considered simplified.

19/6, yes unless you think the other way round and say 6/19 then no it cant be simplified. 19/6 can be changed to a mixed fraction - 3 1/6. thats kinda simplifing. makes it look neater at any rate. Me, I prefer decimals.
