I haven't seen the new one yet. I've heard it was really good, and that one reason it was really good was that they stuck more to the book than the first, rather than simply trying to copy the first. I also like Johnny Depp...
but without having seen it I can't overcome my affection for the original and my current preference for how the original oompa loompas looked.
