Sure! You can make pudding with soy or almond milk. I'm assuming though that the store-bought mixes might have some kind of milk product in them, so you might not want to use those. But nothing ever beats homemade, anyway! Or for Christmas, if you make plum pudding, that's not meat or dairy either. Although, some recipes call for suet which is animal fat, but you can use vegetable shortening instead. It tastes better anyway. This was a discovery we made years ago when I looked at what was supposed to be the suet and I could see that the store gave her tripe. That wouldn't have tasted too good.
